Sports Massage

Massage therapy for sport is a systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body that focuses on muscles relevant to a particular sport. It has become very popular at all levels of sport and is used for individuals whom are exercising for stress reduction and wellness  to elite professional athletes.  Pre-event massage therapy is used my many athletes to help with to support preparation and training.
