Monday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday:  11:00 am - 7:30 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm  
Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm 
Sunday: Closed 

Please note practitioners do offer appointments at times that are outside of our normal reception hours. If you are booked outside of our regular hours, please come up at your appointment time and check in with the QR code on our door and have a seat on the bench in the hallway. Your practitioner will greet you at the time of your appointment.

Changes to Our Reception Hours:

We are closed the following dates in 2024: October 12 &14, November 9 & 11, December 25 & 26 and January 1st 2025.

Additional Information

• We are closed for all statutory holidays.
• If you have an emergency outside our clinic hours, please go to a urgent care clinic or to the emergency department.
•  If you trying to contact us outside of our reception hours, we will do our best to reply with-in next business day.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our reception by phone 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment time during our business hours and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date. If a cancellation is not received during clinic hours of the previous business day 24 hours+ prior to your appointment time you will be invoiced our current cancellation fee and all future appointment bookings will require a non refundable prepayment for the length of appointment scheduled which will be adjusted to the actual length of your appointment on the day and difference will fee will be collected at this time. Cancellations due to work conflicts with-in 24 hours are not accepted and will be invoiced our cancel fee.
