Appointments Outside Regular Hours

• Some practitioners offer appointments outside our listed clinic hours. If you have an in-clinic appointment outside of regular hours, please scan the QR code on the clinic door to check in. Your practitioner will meet you at your scheduled time.
• If you have a virtual appointment, our reception team will follow up with you during the next available clinic hours.

Urgent Care & Refills

If you need urgent care outside our clinic hours, please call 811, visit your local urgent care or emergency department, or call 911.
For prescription refills, please book your appointment in advance. If urgent and we are unavailable, contact your pharmacy for an emergency supply or use a virtual care service.

Reception Response Time

If you're contacting us outside reception hours, we aim to respond by the next business day. For urgent matters, please call back during clinic hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by phone, during clinic hours, at least 24 hours in advance (or by the previous business day if your appointment is on a Monday). Late cancellations will incur a cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, a non-refundable prepayment will be required for future bookings. This prepayment will be adjusted to the actual length of your visit, with any difference collected at your appointment. Note: Cancellations due to work conflicts within 24 hours are not accepted and will still be subject to the cancellation fee.
