Appointments Outside of Clinic Hours: Our Practitioners offer some appointments outside of our normal clinic hours. If you have an in-clinic appointment outside of these hours, please check-in by scanning the QR code located on the clinic door to let your Practitioner know you have arrived. Your practitioner will come meet you at the time of your appointment. If you have a virtual visit our reception team will reach out to you assist you following your appointment during our next scheduled clinic hours.

Additional Information
- We are closed for all statutory holidays.
- If you have an emergency or require urgent care outside our clinic hours, please call 811 or go to your local urgent care clinic, emergency department or call 911.
- If you require a prescription refill please book your appointment ahead of time to avoid running out of medication. If your need is urgent and you cannot get a timely appointment with us or this occurs outside of our hours, please ask your pharmacy for an emergency, go to urgent care or contact a virtual service.
- If you trying to contact us outside of our reception hours, we will do our best to reply to messages with-in the next business day. Please do not hesitate to call us back during our posted hours for immediate assistance.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our reception by phone 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment time during our clinic hours and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date. If a cancellation is not received during clinic hours of the previous business day 24 hours or more prior to your appointment time you will be invoiced our cancellation fee and all future appointment bookings will require a non refundable prepayment for the length of appointment scheduled which will be adjusted to the actual length of your appointment on the day and difference will fee will be collected at that time. Cancellations due to work conflicts with-in 24 hours are not accepted and will be invoiced our cancel fee.
