We are located in Royal Oak Shopping Centre directly above Life Labs on the second floor. The entrance to the second floor is located around back next to Vision 2000 Travel & Little Thai Place.

General Clinic Information

• We offer direct billing for many extended health care plans when available. Please contact your provider to learn more as your coverage is a contract between you, the insurance company and your employer. In the event that an insurance carrier does not cover a treatment, or portion of, the service fee will remain the sole responsibility of the patient. Patients are responsible for payment for all amounts owing at the time of service. 
• Missed appointments and late cancellations with-in 24 hours of the appointment time will be invoiced our cancellation fee. 
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash.
• We are breastfeeding and family friendly clinic. We have a children's play area for our wee patients.
• Reduced rates are available for students, seniors and those on income assistance.
• We offer Gift Certificates for all of our services.
• We are a scent free office.
• We have a zero tolerance policy for abusive language and violence toward our staff or patients.
