Clinic Policies & Payment Information

• We offer direct billing for many extended health plans (when available). Please confirm your coverage with your provider. If your insurance does not cover a service, patients are responsible for the full payment at the time of service.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations (within 24 hours) are subject to a cancellation fee.

• Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Debit

  • E-transfer to reception@islandnaturopathic.com (must be done at the time of your visit and reception verfied)

  • Cash (We do not accept cheques or American Express. E-transfer must be received at time of payment.)
