Comprehensive Naturopathic Primary Care

We offer naturopathic primary care services commonly used by patients seeking a consistent, relationship-based approach to their health. This includes acute care visits for concerns such as infections, cold and flu symptoms, minor injuries, and prescription renewals within the scope of your Naturopathic Physician, as well as ongoing care for chronic and complex health concerns.

Patients frequently seek care for concerns including hormonal and thyroid imbalances, menopause, fertility, children's health concerns, metabolic and cardiovascular health, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, digestive health, mental health, weight changes, and blood sugar regulation. Care is individualized and monitored over time, with an emphasis on safety, informed consent, and shared decision-making.

Preventive care is a core part of our practice. We offer annual physical exams and comprehensive wellness assessments, with attention to lifestyle focused health care including nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep that influence long-term health and health span.

Primary Care for All Ages and Life Stages

Our clinic provides inclusive care across the lifespan:

• Women’s and AFAB-focused care, including pelvic and breast exams, Pap and HPV screening, hormone testing, and support for menstrual, reproductive, and hormonal health concerns

• Men’s and AMAB-focused care, including prostate and testicular screening, hormone evaluation, and male-specific health concerns

• Pediatric naturopathic care, supporting infants, children, and teens through well-child visits, nutritional guidance, and developmental support

• Older adult care (65+), with a focus on healthy aging, bone and muscle health, balance, prevention of disease, and thoughtful coordination of care aimed at minimizing unnecessary polypharmacy where appropriate

Neuroaffirming & Trauma Informed Care

We are committed to providing neuroaffirming naturopathic care for patients of all ages. When requested or clinically appropriate, appointments can be adapted with flexible communication styles, sensory-aware environments, and trauma-informed approaches to help make care more accessible and supportive.

Sexual Health and Reproductive Care

Our team offers inclusive sexual health care for all genders, including STI testing and treatment, contraception counselling and prescribing within scope, and respectful, affirming physical exams.

Diagnostic & Health Screening with Individualized Treatment Plans

We have access to a wide range of laboratory testing and imaging including x-ray and ultrasound to support diagnostic evaluation and preventive screening. Testing is private pay and may be covered by extended health plans depending on individual coverage.

Treatment plans are always personalized and evidence-informed, and may include nutrition counselling, botanical and nutraceutical therapies, lifestyle and movement recommendations, Park Prescriptions, supplementation, IV or injection therapy, acupuncture, and prescription medications when appropriate and within scope.

Virtual and In-Person Visits Available

We offer in-person and secure telehealth appointments to make care accessible and convenient. If a concern raised during a virtual visit needs a physical exam, we’ll schedule a follow-up in our Victoria clinic to ensure thorough care.
