Tuesday: 9 am - 5 pm
Wednesday: 12 pm - 8 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am - 8 pm
Friday: 9 am - 5pm
Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE OF RECEPTION HOURS: When you arrive, the door will be locked. Please wait in your car or socially distanced outside the building. Your practitioner will call you at the time of your appointment (your practitioner will do their best to call you at the time of your appointment but if another appointment prior to yours required more time, they may be late; we ask for your patience).
Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our reception a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time during the clinic's business hours and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date. If a cancellation is not received during clinic hours of the previous business day 24 hours prior to your appointment time you will be invoiced the cancellation fee. If you need to re-schedule due to COVID-19, you will not be invoiced for a cancellation fee.
Winter Weather Alert: Please check the homepage of our website or call our clinic prior to your appointment should severe winter conditions occur as our clinic may be closed if driving conditions are unsafe for you and/or our clinic practitioners & staff.
We are closed for all statutory holidays. If you have an emergency outside clinic hours or during holidays, please visit a medical doctor at your local walk-in clinic or emergency department.
